● Jana welcomed everyone to the meeting.
● Business
o When you bring items
for the Treasure Chest (free supplies for folks to take), if there is anything
left, please take it when you leave.
o Advent Calendar Guidelines
▪ Purchase/make 24
wrapped gifts for your partner – We
don’t want anyone to break the bank to fill up the advent boxes. It can be a
small treasure that makes you think our partner or perhaps a notion or sewing
related item. And it seems everyone in our group is a fan of candy.
▪ A minimum of 6 of
the 24 gifts should be handmade
▪ There will be periodic
check-ins, which will include pictures of the items made
▪ Questionnaires will
be sent out so gifts can be customized to your partners likes
▪ Guidelines will also
be sent out via email
▪ Gifts will be
swapped at November meeting
o WIP Challenge – Today
is the last day to sign up. Reveals are at the April meeting.
o Birthday gift

o Mid-Atlantic Reminder
– Paint Chip Challenge quilts must be given to Mary by Tuesday morning.
