No meeting in December
The retreat was fabulous--my first real chance to sew since the whole cancer thing started this time last year!
ReplyDeleteI finished 16 stocking, one quilt top, and I have another quilt top started. While I still have neuropathy in my hands, making sewing a bit trickier than it has been, I REALLY appreciated the camaraderie and the energy which was present all weekend. I hope we can do this again next year--I look forward to it!
Here's a big THANK YOU to everyone who planned this great gathering, and thank you to everyone who attended and gave me so much encouragement! I felt more "normal" this past weekend than I have in a long time!
